ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

The following content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content featuring individuals under 18 years old in sexual or suggestive contexts
  • Child Nudity: Nudity, partial nudity, or non-nude sexualized content of minors of any age

Uploaders and viewers will be reported to FBI, Interpol, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international laws
  • Copyrighted Material: Content using copyrighted material or trademarks without express permission from the owner
  • Personal Information: Images containing personally identifying information beyond a first name
  • Revenge Porn / Non-Consensual Content: Intimate content shared without consent of all parties depicted
  • Violent or Disturbing Content: Gore, shock content, graphic injuries, depictions of death, or content promoting violence
  • Bestiality / Animal Abuse: Sexual content involving animals or animal cruelty
  • Scat / Extreme Fetish Content: Content involving bodily waste or extreme fetishes that violate community standards
  • Malicious Content: Content posted for harassment, libel, slander, doxxing, or malevolent purposes
  • Hate Speech: Content expressing prejudice, racism, hatred, or discrimination
  • False Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting yourself

Upload Guidelines

For Images & Albums:

  • All models must be 18 years or older
  • Content must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements
  • No misleading titles or tags designed to deceive users
  • Images must not compromise server security or use excessive bandwidth
  • No spam, advertisements, or promotional content unless authorized

For Posts:

  • All visual content (images/videos) must follow the same rules as image uploads
  • Text content must not contain spam, excessive links, or promotional material
  • Posts must be relevant and not misleading
  • No harassment or targeting of other users
  • Tags must accurately reflect the content

Account Rules

Account Guidelines:

  • One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension or IP ban
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
  • Storage Limits: Free accounts receive 1GB of storage. Exceeding this requires upgrading to a premium plan
  • Hotlinking: Direct linking to images from external sites is not allowed
  • Resource Usage: Excessive use of server resources may result in penalties or account suspension

Consequences of Rule Violations

Violations of these rules will result in progressive disciplinary actions:

Strike System

  • Strike 1: 24-hour suspension of upload and posting privileges
  • Strike 2: 3-day suspension of upload and posting privileges
  • Strike 3: Permanent ban from the platform

Note: Strikes expire after 90 days of good behavior. However, severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans without prior strikes.

Additional Consequences

  • Content removal without notification
  • Account termination (permanent and final)
  • IP address bans
  • Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal content)
  • Legal action for DMCA violations or other illegal activities

DMCA & Copyright

We take copyright seriously and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Valid DMCA takedown notices will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Private Content

Important: All rules apply to both public and private galleries/albums. Marking content as private does not exempt it from these rules.

Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these rules, please report it:

  • Use the "Report" button on the content
  • For DMCA/copyright issues: abuse@pimpandhost.com
  • For child safety concerns: Report immediately to authorities and our abuse email

Changes to Rules

We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Continued use of Pimpandhost.com constitutes acceptance of the current rules and guidelines.
